Dear Jim,
Our thanks for all you did for our family are well overdue. Thank you for helping us through the process of navigating things after Dad padded away. We appreciate all the support you and your staff gave us. I made many phone calls, and everyone who answered the phone was very helpful and ensured you received my messages when needed.
We appreciate your suggestions for the urn wreath. It turned out beautifully and was a nice way to honor Dad. Thank you for bringing Dad's urn to and from the church, for the service, and for attending Dad's service. Also thank you for sending Dad's obituary and photo to both newspapers when it was submitted at the last minute. Dad's photo and obituary were beautifully displayed, on your website, in front of the golf course scene.
